They live in a different world of their own, in the Fourth World. People in the Fourth World are often forgotten and neglected. Ekta Niketan is committed to control the spread of tuberculosis by offering quality healthcare to TB patients in remote rural communities in India and addressing the root causes of the disease - poverty, undernutrition and inequality.
